Q: WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON BRIDAL MAKEUP & HAIR PRICING AND SERVICES?

Q: Can I have a quote for makeup and hair services?

A: Of course! To get the most accurate quote fill out this form here!

Q: Do you offer any sales or discounts?

A: We do not offer any discounts or sales on any of our on-site services.

Q: Should I hire a professional, or do it myself?

A: As a professional, I will not only ensure your makeup and hair last all day and night, but also that it will photograph beautifully in all lighting conditions.

Q: How far in advanced should I book my date?

A: We can be booked anywhere between 6 months to a year in advance. If your wedding is over a year away, check back when your a little closer. We book and work on a first-come first-serve basis.

Q: How do I secure my booking with you?

A: Services are booked on a first come, first reserve basis. In order to reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer of total amount. Services booked within four weeks of the event date, require payment in full. Your date will NOT be held until I have received BOTH retainer and a signed agreement.

Q: What if I want to book more services than I requested?

A: Sometimes it happens! I will do my best to try to accommodate you and your bridal party. I ask that you let me know as soon as possible.

Q: What if I want to take away services after I already paid my deposit.

A: Unfortunately, after we have already agreed to a certain number of services, we cannot take away services. Once we accept and hold your date, we decline all other services and events based on out agreement.

Q: Do you provide on-location services for special events or just weddings?

A: We are completely mobile! So tell us where you want us, home, hotel or venue, we can come to you at any location,, for any special event you may have!

Q: Can I do a makeup or hair preview? WHere do previews take place?

A: Absolutely! All previews are done on location. Previews can be booked Monday - Thursday from 10a - 6p. All hair and makeup previews are an additional flat rate as listed under services.

Q: When Should I book my preview?

A: We recommend that previews be booked 6 - 8 weeks before your wedding, however many of my brides like to see if we are a good fit in advanced. If you would like to schedule your preview before booking, please know that your date is still open and available to others.

Q: Can I book a preview on the weekend?

A: Due to heavy booking days, weekend preview appointments are not usually available.

Q: Do I have to book a preview?

A: Previews are not required, but highly recommended. In the event you decide to forgo a preview, 30 minutes and $100 will be added to your day-of timeline to allow for minor adjustments

Q: what is your cancellation policy for makeup/hair trials?

A: For all on-location services we ask that you let us know as soon as possible, but at least a 48-hour advanced notice either by phone, or email. If cancellation is less then 24 hours, we do charge a cancellation fee.

** For all on-location services with contracts, all deposits and retainers are non-refundable despite any cancellations. If you are within 60 days of your wedding days of your reserved wedding fate, the balance due must also be paid.

Q: How do I know your Makeup artists and hair stylists are qualified?

A: All of our artists and stylists are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced! Everyone on the KDA team has been handpicked by Kay herself!

Q: Can you do my bridal party’s services?

A: Absolutely! We can accommodate your entire party, mothers and grandmothers too! Wether your party is big or small we can accommodate, all party sizes. There is a Bride + 4 minimum booking (or rate equivalent) for all local weddings. All mountain weddings require Bride +5 minimum booking (or rate equivalent).

Q: Do you offer Discounts if I have a large party?

A: No, we do not offer any discounts or sales for any of our on-location services.

Q: Do you airbrush?

A: I do offer airbrushing.

Q: Can I just get my eyes done?

A: We don’t offer partial services such as eyes only, or complexion only.

Q: Do you come to my hotel, venue, or home?

A: We are 100% mobile! Travel is charged at $1 per mile per artist. Each artist offers the first 20 miles complementary. If your location requires two or more hours of travel, overnight accommodations are required.

Q: Do you travel outside of Colorado?

A: Absolutely! Contact me to discus details.

Q:What type of makeup do you use?

A: we carry a combination of pro and high-end luxury makeup brands. All the products in our kits are hypo-allergenic and paragon-free. We also carry a variety items that are suitable for sensitive skin. If you have an allergy or concern, just let us know!
